Lightweight folding electric wheelchair used. The right hand side motor switch is locked "on" so can only be used as an electric wheelchair, not a manual when someone is seated in it. Probably a cheap fix but my husband only ever used it as electric chair so we never bothered. It has seat belt for secure use.
