Lifestand Standing Wheelchair, small (child/teenager), gel cushion. Brilliant piece of equipment that my son has grown out of - can be used out and about as conventional wheelchair but person can be stood up in 15 seconds! We used it loads at gigs where he needed to see the stage etc etc. Nothing ever broke - it's so well made.
