To avoid disappointment we ask you to examine photos closely. Please note that our working hours are Monday to Friday 9-5. We aim to respond to questions within 48 hours of receipt. In order to remain fair to everyone, we do not end auctions early.

We are happy for you to organise your own courier but please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for damage or loss in transit in these circumstances. If an item has been described as untested, we cannot guarantee it's condition or functionality. So Please do not ask us for a return on that basis.

We request that donors clear memory details on electrical/tech goods we sell. We will, whenever possible, check all items to ensure personal information has been removed. However we will accept no liability for any losses, claims or damages arising with respect to any data that has not been deleted. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item is received at the above address in the same condition in which they received it.
